I am recent graduate. And got my work permit in jan 2018
I got married in feb 2018 in India.
Now i want to apply for my wife to get her a open work permit.
I do have a employment letter which falls in NOC B level. However, its not been 6 months or longer for the job as well as for the my work visa.

Will it be better to apply for a visitor visa for her first on the basis of inviting her for my convocation or to wait for 6 months or longer and apply for open work permit?
Please guide.
