Hey! Actually I just recently come to canada on student visa. I just wanted to know after how many time I can apply for my spouse’s open work permit and what is the total processing time for that.
it doesn't matter if your spouse is in India it will be considered as an outland application. because when you put the information what is the current residing country of the applicant, you would choose India right? so don't be confused it depends, where the applicant resides.

Is open work permit holder allowed to work , after the spouse with valid work permit terminate the contract from the employer and leaves the country after her project and having visa valid?

Hi Prince, May I ask if you proof of funds a a lump sum of money deposited to your account or it's already there for a couple of months already before you apply?
