Hellos,

Actually I am moving with my wife to Canada, she has the Work permit from her employer and I have the Temporary Visitor Visa TRV.

Can I apply at the port of Entry or Border?

What docs do we need to show them ?
How much time will it takes or they will directly issue the work permit ?

No, you cannot apply for a WP at the PoE or border.
