Spouse open work permit question...

I have a Canada open work permit. Is it mandatory that my husband to be in Canada at least once and work if i need to work on OWP as it was spouse OWP?

You'll need to be more specific - how did you qualify for the spouse OWP? Is your husband a PR or citizen and is sponsoring you, or was it tied to a study or work permit he held?

Thanks for reply . Yes my husband had Canada work permit and i have qualified for spouse OWP.

And he is not in Canada working, at all?
