Hello, i applied for my study permit along with my daughter visitor visa and spouse open work permit; they both got acceptance while my study permit is still processing. is that normal? did anyone face this situation?

it is normal. most likely your sp will be approved since your spouse sowp approval also depends on principal applicant of SP
