Currently applying to extend my work permit through my wife's PGWP. I have a couple of questions below on the application forms.

1. Where can I upload the NOC B duties / verification letter and payslip of my SP. I don't see a specific upload for it only client information.
2. Do I need to fill up the imm5257b_1 form?
3. I am currently working for an employer in Toronto, Do I need to complete the employer details on the IMM5710e even if I am on the open work permit?
4, Wife is currently waiting for PGWP approval. Can I submit the implied status on the proof of status instead?
