Hi all,
My spouse is not accompanying me at the moment as he is in the military.He will be joining me later.Can i use his IELTs points along with mine to get the minimum toatal of 67.Also since my spouse is in service will it impact my application under the FSWP.

yes, you can again 5 adaptability points if his Ielts score is more than CLB 4

I think, service in the military will not have any adverse effects, but you have to brief his service in the forms.

in order to get 5 points you cant exclude you spouse from the application.... even if you will not pay his fee then they will not award you points ... spouse should be included at this stage
due to military services you should expect longer background checks... but not negative impact....
