spouse name in Current passport is my Ex-Wife (divorced)

Hi ,

I got invitation for applying PR under Express entry , I am dependent of my new wife who is the major applicant.
My question is My passport is having name of my ex-wife as spouse, do i have to change this to proceed with immigration procedure, Or i just need my Marriage certificate and Divorce judgement copy .

please reply ASAP as am under 90 days limit counting to apply.

You can use the marriage certificate and divorce certificate and explain the same in LoE. But, if possible within the time frame, apply for a new passport.

Thanks a Lot . I could have tried but my original judgement copy is back in India .

applying a new passport with updates will take 3 days if you are in India.. if you are outside also it may be 14-20 days.
Other wise, it may be easy for some one to post the judgement copy, it shouldn't take more than a week to reach your hand.
