i am the principal applicant in the FSWC but yet to be invited to apply and i feel that if i am to live in Canada, my husband should also be able to get a good job. Now, i need to know if i should send his educational qualifications for evaluation? Or, would the permanent resident permit automatically cover him in securing a good job offer?

It depends on the job and the level of education.
If it is a job that requires a certain level of education to practice, and your husband has no Canadian work experience in the field, the employer will probably ask for an education assessment.
Thank you, now i know what to do.
