I am Canadian Citizen and living abroad. I sponsored my spouse and got PR visa. Due to some family issues, presently it is not possible for me to go along with my spouse for landing as visa is expiring soon. Is it okay that my spouse can landing first then I move to Canada later? Thank you for your advice in advance.

True but if the proof they submitted showing they plan on relocating to Canada soon after getting PR is no longer accurate then that can impact landing. If they plan on relocating relatively soon shouldn’t be an issue but if they have no plans of relocating in the next few years that could be an issue. Also can be an issue for renewing PRcard. You can count days outside Canada accompanying your Canadian spouse towards RO for PR but you usually have to have spent time together in Canada first and then moved abroad.
