I applied for PR through express entry and just received invitation to apply. I listed my spouse as common-law, but they were born and raised in Canada and never lived anywhere else over 6 months. Do they still need to do the police check and medical exam? Thank you for your time!
Also I am having trouble locating the spot to upload police clearance and medical exam, my application only has two sections, personal information of me and my spouse, I don't see a document section to upload these things.
