Spouse In Canada Class PR application + OWP Query

i am new pr in canada working as an IT professional. wife is currently here on a visit visa. we are planning to apply for her PR from here. i had the question, can I apply under the spouse In canada class category because technically we are living together now but she is here as a visitor for 6 months.

also, in case the application takes longer than 6 months to process, do we have to apply for an extension of her visit visa now or she can just continue as long as her application is under process.

is it advisable to put three sub applications at once :

1. pr under spouse in canada class.
2. application for open work permit
3. extension of visit visa

Yes you can apply for inland spousal sponsorship with OWP. You should apply for TRV extension until you get AOR. It is important to keep your status in Canada in case your application gets returned for a missing signature, old form, etc. If you apply for visitor extension you can say that you are applying for inland spousal sponsorship and it should get approved.
