Someone please clarify the below:

I have applied FSW as spouse visa, I dont have ielts score and WES credential,
(a) do I require ielts and WES credential to work in Canada?
(b) suppose I get spouse visa, do I still need a work permit for applying job in Canada?

Umm...what do you mean? FSW and spouse visa aren't the same. You couldn't have applied under FSW since IELTS and WES evaluation are mandatory under FSW.
Did you apply under family class PR as a spouse of a canadian PR or a citizen? Once you get the PR, you wouldn't need work permit to work in Canada, and no IELTS/WES required.
