I just submitted my express entry profile with 445 crs points.
In the spouse education and work experience section, i answered NO since i did not want to claim points as i already have more than the ongoing cut-off
will it be considered as misrepresentation of information?
After ITA, can i add the info in personal history section or i have to withdraw and submit another express entry profile now?

Perfectly fine- you only add to prove/provide experience for the Work experience you intend to claim for. Spouse’s work history can be entered under the ‘Personal History’ section upon receipt of the much-coveted ITA. CIC needs to know what you and your spouse did dating back 10 years or whichever is earlier.
