spouse divorce in canada but married a pinay in HK.

I need some advice. i divorce my pinay wife in canada. i was still a filipino citizen living and working in canada when i get a divorce judgement.now i am a canadian citizen. i married my pinay gf in hk.. can i bring her over to canada ? we realized that technically i am still married to my ex wife in the philippine. can we register our married in the philippines? can she declare in her papers as a married woman?
she is living and working in hk but a pilipino citizen? can she declare me as her husband in her passport? wee need to show a document to irrc that she is married to me, but we are worried that by doing so, se get into trouble with philipine law since im technically married to my ex wife.your advice will be greatly appreciated.

you just need a married certificate to file your sponsorhip to her....she does need to change anything on her papers...
