I am a software engineer with 9 years of experience. For migrating to Canada, I am planning to apply study permit for my wife and post that I am planning to apply dependent visa for me and baby (2 year old). Before marriage I applied for Canadian visiting visa and it got rejected twice because of a strong family background in Canada( my brother is having citizenship). So if I apply for work permit post getting study permit for my wife, is there any chance of getting refusal.
In addition, I am planning to apply for PR parallelly entering into express entry pool for trying my luck. Before processing work permit I will delete this profile. Will this cause any issue in applying a dependent visa later.
