Hi Everyone,
I recently received ITA for me and my spouse under CEC. However, My spouse is not in Canada.
He is currently in India Since January 2021. However he works full time in Qatar since August 2016.
He will go back to Qatar at the end of April to continue his job.
In this scenario, should I put my spouse's country of residence as Qatar or India?
Please Advise..
