[Spouse + Child PR] Passport Returned Unstamped

Hi,

My spouse's and child's passport returned unstamped.

My spouse's "Resubmission letter" states that "your family member XXXXX failed to submit photographs as stated in our instructions".

I think VFS missed/lost our child's photos, as IRCC has returned only my spouse's pictures.


i) Anyone has faced this issue?

ii) Do we have to make a single package or a separate package for my spouse and child like before. The letter states: "Kindly resubmit the passport with the photographs of the applicant and dependent together"
