I have submitted my PR application in express entry since January 2023 after getting OINP nomination certificate . I have added my spouse in my current PR application and her biometric and medical is being done since June 2023 after that i am not getting any update after contacting ircc agent. They are just telling me to wait for decision. What should i do to bring my wife as soon as possible?

It has barely been 2 months since adding spouse and given the backlog, I see Express Entry PNP and Non PNP folks waiting much longer. So be a bit more patient
As for bringing your spouse, if this was Express Entry & you have AOR, Apply for a Spousal TRV and demonstrate intent accordingly. Good Luck
