I am an International student doing my Masters which is a two years program. I am currently in Canada for last six month. My wife and daughter is back in my country. My daughter is a US citizen which means she don't have to apply for the visa. What type of visa should I apply for my wife. Should I apply just visit visa for my wife or should I also apply for her work permit. Also what are the chances for each visa type in my case?

1. Apply for TRV and once she land in Canada she can apply for OWP.
2. You have to show ties that you and your family will return back to home country. As mostly the application get refused on the basis of home ties.
3. You need TRV in any case, even if you apply for OWP from your home country for your Spouse.
