SPOUSAL WORK PERMIT - I AM AN ENGINEERING INTERN

Hi, I am working using a valid PGWP till 2023. I am currently a full time engineering intern on a contract based job offer till December 2021. I get paid really week but I wonder if my wife can apply for spousal work permit if I am an engineering intern? Do you have guys have any experience in this or any recommendations? Thank you!

Is 'engineering intern' a skilled NOC? If it is, then yes. If it isn't, then no.

You mean as a job title or as a job description?

For a skilled NOC, both the job title and more importantly the job description would both be for the same NOC, wouldn't they?

Intern is never present in the NOC list, but people in this forum have been saying that this experience can be counted for express entry and can also be counted for spouse work permit so IDK. Does anyone have any info about this?
