Hello, im indian girl got marry to Canadian guy in January this year. Wanted to know process & processing time required for spousal visa & also meantime is it possible to go and visit my husband there.please guide with step by step processes. Pl note that I done with my medical exam & PCC what other thing required for spousal visa.
i dont think canada has a spousal visa...there's student, work, visitor...for spouse, it looks like there's only spousal sponsorship for PR...
but im not quite familiar with this matter...maybe someone else who was in a similar situation would be more of help...
btw this forum is for immigration...so maybe not quite the right place
