Hello My name is John!!

My question is regarding spousal sponsorship

I have applied for a spousal sponsorship last year, I have submitted all my documents and I did a fair job in doing so, my concern is that my mother's name is different on the passport and is different on my birth certificate issued in India, there is a single letter difference, will it affect my process and will they deny my application based on this??
What are the alternatives or plan of Action??
