Hi everyone! Im worried because I got my gcms and its says: case referred for secondary review. Spr and pa have been married since 2015/09/19. Spr landed on 2015/10/3 and there is no evidence that this relationship was declared/examined when spr landed. Case referred to special unit for exclusion. Spr eligibility review spr is pr residing in canada. Spr landed on 2015/10/3 as CE1 spr married to pa on 2015/09/19. Proof of marriage not provided. Does it mean that they will gonna refuse it? Thank u for your quick response. I got so nervous because i asked a lot of consultants and they said that they might refuse it because my husband didnt declare me before he landed.

yes it's true because it's consider misrepresentation and also his pr can be taken away why did he not put you as a dependant

Because what we understand by that time is his papers was already approved and just waiting to be landed. He supposed to land in july of 2015 but got delayed bec he renewed his passport, he got it in august 2015 and we got married ing sept 2015 that why he landed in oct 2015.

he still should have cic and ircc notified about changes with his material status and with cases like this he can never sponsor you because of misrepertation and cic and ircc takes it serious and they would do in your case have a realtionship interview. maybe you can come as a student or fsw

wait for them what ircc and cic will do next your case is complicated did your husband have a consultant I'd he did was wrong on there part

If he cannot sponsor me, i can still get pr? I came here as a live in caregiver but didnt finish the 2yrs, is it ok to continue that? I mean get an employer again?

No, he applied by himself under express entry that's why he doesn't have any idea

first see what they say and after that try fsw try talking to a caregiver agency try to get 4 year contract after 2 years I think you can get pr I can be wrong wait what the verdict

omg that is tough I suggest pray for an interview or if refuse try coming here in a 4 years fsw contact

Yeah, what is in his mind by that time is he was single in application and they might refuse his landing interview if he change his status.
