A question on someone's behalf:

What is the procedure of inviting a fiance to Canada and get married her, and start the spousal sponsorship within Canada?

Hi, first, visitor visa for her if applicable. You shojld write a letter of invitation for her to include in her application. Then once here, you get married and apply. Beware that she should bring all the docs she needs from her country so you can prepare everything fast as it is a big appllication package.
