I have applied for my spousal sponsorship for my wife and still in the process. My wife has a visitor visa. Can I bring my wife to Canada and change the Indian address to my address in Canada. If so, when passport request comes, do they ask us to go to Canadian consulate in India or in Canada?

Yes, change the address to Canada once she arrives. When the time comes they should invite to do a virtual landing process that doesn't involve leaving Canada.

She has a visitor visa which we received before our marriage and on letter of intent in her visit visa application, she mentioned her brothers name and address who is a Canadian citizen.
I have few questions:
1. When she arrived at the airport, does the immigration officer ask is she staying at her brothers residence?
2. Should I write a letter mentioning her spousal sponsorship application ID and UCI id, and saying that her application is in process and she will be staying with me at my residence.
3. Do I have to book her return ticket because she will be travelling on visitor visa and the immigration officer would ask about the return ticket?
