Spousal Sponsorship Questions

My husband is currently working in Saudi Arabia whom I am sponsoring to come to Canada. The CIC emailed me stating that they forwarded my husband's Application for Permanent Residence to VO in Manila based on his nationality for further processing.

So, what is next going to happen? And does it means that his Visa Office would be in Manila till the end of our application? Or does they still have to forward it to VO in Saudi Arabia as well?

Manila VO will process your application til the end, I don't think It will be forwarded in Saudi Arabia, They sometimes send application based on where the sponsored lives though.

Being processed in Manila is probably really in your favour, they seem to be quick, as opposed to Saudi Arabia.

Being processed in Manila is probably really in your favour, they seem to be quick, as opposed to Saudi Arabia.
