I sponsored my husband ( out land). he is requested to send his passport for the Visa. unfortunately his Military obligation is not completed and his passport is withheld of Government.
We asked for the extension, and received two emails from Ankara Vac office: in first email, they said that he has to take another medical, since his medical will be expired in April 2020. and we requested to send us a form and any authorization to do the medical.but right after that, we received another email that he has to send his passport before April, otherwise the new sponsorship application needs to be send.
Which email is correct and what he needs to do? any other way to extend this process til JUly 20202, when his military obligation is completed and passport is released?
