Hi, we are currently I. Our visa process but don’t know where to get an accurate answer if our nikkah marriage license issued from mosque in London is accepted to use. We are now having to delay as we can’t find an answer or what to do?
many advice if we can use that document? And then send everything off we have already paid our fees too

If you are using a marriage performed in the UK to demonstrate that you are legally married, you'll need documents that fully show you were legally married in the UK. In England & Wales, I believe that would only be a government-issued marriage certificate. (A marriage license in most countries is basically permission to get married, but terminology can vary, and I won't claim to know exactly the details for the UK.)

If your mosque is able to perform legal weddings, they should be able to inform how to get the correct document.

This website says a nikka marriage alone is not considered a legal marriage in the UK, and that you'd have to get a civil marriage performed:

I can't attest to the accuracy of this website though. But for Canadian immigration purposes, it must be a legal marriage in the country in which it was performed.

(When I said ask at the mosque above, I was saying that a responsible mosque should know what is needed to conclude a legal marriage in the UK, not that they can necessarily perform one.)
