Hello, the instructions state: "When applying online, upload the front and back of one (1) photo to your application"
-Does that mean we scan both sides of the photo and combine them together on one page? Or leave them on two separate pages? Or scan the front of one photo beside the back of the second copy of the identical photo?
-the portal says pdf format is accepted but the link in the checklist that takes you to the pr photo requirements page states: "The photograph must be: in JPEG or PNG format;"
