Hello guys , when we sponsor spouse for PR we can apply for open work permit while the application is being processed. Can we obtain work permit by visiting border or do we have to apply online ? Can we just create a package stating the conditions and that we have already applied with federal for PR and are the border to obtain Open work permit?

Not possible to obtain at the border if you are sponsoring a spouse through spousal sponsorship / family class. You have to submit the application via mail or online.
