Did you apply for less than six months visit visa or more than six months?

i had applied for 6 months but they normally issue visa till expiry of your passport. my wife passport was going to expire in 2029 so they gave her almost 10 years multiple visit visa.

you already have decision made (as per your profile), so you don't need to apply for visit visa now ... just wait for few weeks as visa offices are open now. better send a webform request asking for an update.

So Guys, after wait for more than 6 months, I just got an update on ECAS. LVO has added the golden line " We have started processing your application on July 20, 2020". Thanks to Almighty Allah that step of AoR2 completed. I wish and pray, everything will be fast and smooth ahead.

please give me one more suggestion , for trv imm5657 will accompany you to Canada ? What i will select Yes or No ? My husband is live in Canada

Hopefully others getting progress even if it’s an ECAS line means that my wife and I will be done soon. Like others above, My wife’s application is also February 2019 and it’s getting obnoxious now.

In Section A column 5, , they asked family information like name , relation, date of birth ,address and in last column will accompany you to Canada YES or NO?

MINE SAYS THE SAME THING I DONT UNDERSTAND. We started processing your application on july 20,2020. Does this mean all this time my file was not touched by them ?

How do you know that step of AoR2 is completed? I got the same line on my ECAS

It's not mandatory that VO should send the AoR2 to every applicant via email. If the Line No.2 on ECAS changed as we started processing your application, it's means that they acknowledged the receipt of your case at VO and started working on it.
