Hello,
I am trying to apply for my spouse through outland sponsorship as she is from India and currently resides in the US.
The document requirement states, I will have to submit my wife’s birth certificate. But, it seems she does not have a birth certificate and due to covid its hard to reach out to government department officials in the town where she was born to retrieve the certificate.
What options do I have in this case?
