I am currently filling out form IMM5532e in order to sponsor my wife to come to Canada. Section 3 states to declare other financially dependent people on the application. I am currently still paying spousal support for a former partner. Should I include her in this list although she is not entirely dependent on me? I also have a son who I pay child support too.
Would it be recommended to write up an LOE about this?
