My sister applied for her spouse online in April 2022 and she got her application returned due to missing signature. then she resubmit in Aug 2022.

so any body here in same situation so we can share our time line because right now have not sure she have to wait another three months to get AOR .

She may in fact have to wait 3 months, since the application process started all over again with the re-submitted application. She should also check to see if the form that was missing the signature has NOT been updated. If it has been updated...and she submitted an old version of that form...it could be returned again.

If the application was returned, you should expect processing time will restart from scratch. So yes, another three months to get AOR.
