Hi All,
My husband did his masters in Canada(2014-2015). He is working in Canada with his 3 year Post graduate Work permit. We got married in 2015 and I'm a PR. I got my PR in 2013.
We are planning to apply for his PR under spousal category inside Canada. Do any of us have to show funds to support my sponsorship??
P.S We both are working in Canada.
Could someone shed some light on this?
Thanks.

Hi
There is no minimum income requirement for spousal sponsorship but you have to show IRCC that you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare.

So is it enough if we both show our employment letter and pay stubs ? Or should we show some savings in our accounts as well ?

Letters and pay stubs should be fine.
