Spousal sponsorship inland correspondence

Hi everyone

My husband just received a letter indicating:
"we are pleased to advise you that the processing of your application has been completed. The Canada Immigration Centre in XXX will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application".

Is this good news? Also what is the approval in principle letter?

Well that is your DM letter saying that your local centre will contact you with a landing appointment. AIP is a moot point now.
What was your timeline? Maybe you can add your timeline to the spreadsheet which would be helpful to other people.
