When ordering GCMS notes, what options do you choose?
Type of file being requested: Immigration file or Sponsor's file?
Information you are looking for: Electronic notes of the officer or Application, supporting documents + correspondence?
This is my first time going through the request form.

Sponsor should submit the request. Sponsor fills out section C on the form. Applicant does section A. Both sign and date. then submit as a Privacy Act request (that'd be free). The sponsor will need to submit...

The units are inside the same building. If you google streetview it, you'd see it's a small grey office building in a bedroom community. As long as it's the same address, then it will be ok.

Today in my cic account I saw my medical exam passed.
And I submitted couple days ago explanation letter for expired passport but still I didn't receive anything maybe good or not

Did you submit that letter via the webform (CSE)? If so, it's going to take them time to process it (attach it to your file). Next step is to wait for now. CIC will work out details with CBSA regarding your Passport.

There are provisions in place for refugee cases that the travel documents are missing or expired. They can land you still -- I am just unaware of how that all works. But no doubt they will follow those, and be in contact within a few (or up to 8 weeks). If you don't hear anything about them attaching the letter you sent to your file, contact the call centre (888-242-2100) to ask if they got it and it's been attached.

Yes I submitted via web from like as you said and even I added cic email copy and my expired passport copy too

To our eastern members: looks like the American invasion force is here for Canada 150:
