a)My wife's name on Birth certificate (in Hindi) is XYZ alias ABC Sharma.
All her documents(Passport, Marriage Docs,Employment, Education) has her name as ABCSharma. So is it a problem? DO we need to provide any explanation or same name affidavit?
b)In Imm0008 We should mention her other name in
Have you ever used any other name (e.g. Nickname, maiden name, alias, etc.)?
Last Name: Sharma, First Name: XYZ like this?
2) IMM5669 Schedule A Background Declaration
She has done Masters while she was doing job, How to fill that
e.g.
2014 apr-date Working for Cognizant
2016 jun- 2018 jun Study masters (Correspondence/ distance education)
2012 oct-2014 mar Working for Exl
2009 jun - 2012 jun Study
3) She has done her schooling from CBSE.(an education board in India)
so Her education break up will be?
Primary 8 Sec 4 Bachlor 3 Master 2
Total: 17
is that correct?
