hi guys ,
my problem that i have the agreement form CIC to sponsorship my wife and my son form syria,and they transfer my file to canadien embassy in bucharest.
then the embassy there asked me the CSQ certificate (because i live in QUEBEC) for my wife and my son in 60 days, but the CSQ has taken 10 weeks to be established ,and directly i have sent all the papers to the embassy, in spite of that i have told them about the processing of having CSQ in QUEBEC.
and till now it passed more than 100 days, and i didn't receive any email from the embassy, and i have sent them 3 emails ,but they didn't answer,,and even i have called the embassy ,but they didn't help me because the reception doesn't have the authority to enter to visa information ,,,,
so help me ,, what should i do for knowing where the processing is?
