Hello I'm currently filling up the form EIMM5669E for spousal sponsorship. On Schedule A Background/declaration form, question number 6 I'm required to fill out the personal history details of mine. I traveled out of country for two weeks on vacation while i was employed. How can i fill out on the form? Ex. Activity type, Job/activity title. Or I don't need to tell about this vacation, since it were two weeks?
