Spousal Sponsorship for Indian Wife. IMM008 Form Filling Doubts

Hi Members
I am a PR resident staying in Canada and getting married in April first week.I am filling spousal sponsorship and applicant forms for my wife. I need help with some of my doubts

For Primary Applicant IMM008 form:
Doubt 1
APPLICATION DETAILS
How many family members, including you, are in this application (see instructions guide)?
that should be 1 ?

Doubt 2
PERSONAL DETAILS
Place of birth ?
Should it include state as well(Like Passport Shahabad, Haryana). ?

Doubt 3
CONTACT INFO
National Identification Document?
Passport?

1. If its just your spouse that you are sponsoring then yes input 1. Any additional dependants will be +1.
2. Fill it exactly as it says in your passport.
3. India doesnt have a national identification document so click ‘no’ and fill in valid passport details for the passport section.
