I am being sponsored by my wife who is a Canadian citizen. We are filling the CSQ forms and we have a few questions:
FORM 0546GF:
SECTION 1: Renseignements sur la personne qui parraine: my wife is Canadian citizen, do I leave 'Date d’obtention de la résidence permanente' blank or put her date of birth?
SECTION 2: Renseignements sur votre conjoint ou conjointe (s’il y a lieu): My sponsor is my wife and the application is just for me (no dependents, etc), should I leave this whole section blank? as I don't have: Numero d'assurance sociale, date de residence permanent etc
SECTION 4: Renseignements sur les membres de la famille de la personne parrainée principale: do I need to write the details of my wife (my sponsor, Canadian citizen) or leave it blank?
FORM 0520BF:
SECTION 1: Renseignements sur l’identité de la personne parrainée principale / Addresse de résidence: I am living in Quebec with my wife under visitor status, so here it is correct to put my 'temporary' address in Quebec? Is it worth adding a letter of explanation to MIFI or not necessary?

Hi!
Here's how we answered. We got our CSQ approved back in April. I'm the Sponsor (Canadian citizen) - spousal inland application.
546GF:
- I put my date of birth
- Section 2 is about the spouse of the Sponsor. Therefore this is you - so even if it seems illogical or redundant, you should fill it. When I filled it, my wife had a temp social security # so we put this. Date de résidence permanente / citoyenneté we left blank. I would assume things you don't have can be left blank.
- Section 4: yes, I think you should write the details of your wife even though she is a citizen. That's what we did - I put my details in that section.
520BF:
- I'm not as sure for this one, as we applied inland and live together permanently. I would use the same official address of residence you have declared throughout your application.
