Spousal sponsorship - closed work permit -> open work permit

hello all,

im in the process of filling the 'Application to change conditions' form.

I currently have a closed work permit and would like to apply for an open work permit via Spousal Sponsorship.

The form provides 4 options for which you can apply for:
1) A work permit with the same employer
2) An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
3) Restoration of your status as a worker
4) Temporary Resident Permit

I am currently employed but want to have an option to explore new opportunities in the market, I am assuming i need to choose option #2 "An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer"?
