I hope you all are doing good. I need help with my case. I'm a canadian citizen and my partner is an international student. (We are still both studying) We already have 6-month old canadian baby.
My question is: doo I still need to have income requirement if I'm only going to sponsor my spouse? Our baby is already a citizen.

There is no minimum income requirement. You need to show how you will support yourselves in Canada without welfare.

Hi, thank you for your response. Do you have an example how can I prove to ircc that I can support myself and my family? I'm just a part-time worker. And my partner is still on maternity leave and still studying full time (both of us are studying fulltime)

Pretty simple, you just show how you currently support yourselves.
