Spousal Sponsorship - Birth certificate and Other country Immigration Issues

Hello All ,

Am trying to Sponsor my Wife who is in India expecting a baby.I was living with her for the past one year after marriage and recently moved to Canada alone.I have a PR which is valid untill 2016.

Questions/Issues we are facing.
1.The Place of birth in Birth certificate and Passport does not match ,it was done a loong time before and no one noticed it. Which one is easy to get a New one ? Re-issue of Passport with correct place of birth or Get a new Birth certificate using the passport (Any easy means ?? )

2.The other important issue , my wife travelled on a H1B visa to Usa and had problems during Immigration in US in 2013 where they found the LCA and the place she is travelling is different.so they rejected her Visa and sent her back to India.

Form IMM5669E - have you been refused admission to, or ordered to leave,Canada or any other country ?

How should we project this case ,Accept that she was ordered ot leave and provide data ??

What are the chances of denial of Sponsorship.

Any suggesstions please .

You don't want to risk misrepresentation. If the passport has the wrong place of birth, get a new passport.

If they refused her visa - the answer to the question, "have you ever been refused a visa, etc" is 'Yes'

If she was also sent back to India(deported) - the answer to the question, "have you ever been refused admission to, or removed or ordered to leave..." is 'Yes'.

Attach a copy of the refusal letter(s) and/or what they gave her went she was sent back.
