Hi guys,
My girlfriend and I have been living together for quite a few month and we are planning to marry each other. I am a PR and however my girlfriend has been overstaying in Canada for 5 years. We are planning to go back to our home country and have a wedding, get marriage certification; I then can go back to Canada to submit my sponsorship application. On the other hand, I did some research and found out that a PR actually can sponsor an overstayed spouse inland. Which way you guys think its a better way to submit my sponsorship application? Inland or Outland? Please let me know. Thank you so much guys!

My girlfriend and I have been living together for 4 years. I got my PR status in Canada recently. Unfortunately my girlfriend has been overstaying for 4 years. We are planning to go back to our home country and to get married there. My girlfriend will stay back home and I will then come back to Canada and submit my sponsorship application. I am planning not to lie in the application. I will make it clear that my girlfriend has overstayed for 4 years and will provided all evidences that we had been living together during that period of time. I will have the marriage certificate and all photos available and will submit with my application.
Question is: How will likely my application be refused due to my girlfriend's overstay?

You can delete your lying posts (what, didn't like being told not to break the law?) and create a new username but it's really not that hard to figure out that it's the same person.

You lied in your PR app, which, as I stated before, is a crime. You are lying in your post and planning to lie to CIC once again in order to sponsor your partner. As I said in the now deleted thread, stay off the forum; we are not here to advise people on how to commit fraud.
