Spousal Sponsorship Application - Family Members in Canada

Hello,

On the Sponsorship Evaluation and Questionnaire, there is a question asking if the applicant has any relatives living in Canada. does that include in-laws? Since my wife and I are married, and I am Canadian, would that mean that all of my relatives are hers as well?

Aside from in-laws, she has no Canadian family. She is from America, and her blood relatives are all from the U.S.A. as well.

This is IRCC's definition of a relative:
Relative:A person who is related to another person by blood or adoption.
