I am a PR holder since October last year and have been in Canada for over 5 years. I hold an Indian Citizenship.
I recently got married, which was an arrange marriage in India after talking to the girl for 5 months. I now want to bring her here and I have the following questions:
1. Can she come here on travel visa, considering we are married already? and then I can file her PR in Canada? What is the likeliness of her getting the travel visa?
2. If I apply for travel visa and if it gets rejected, will it affect the sponsorship process?
3. Can she apply for Express Entry, including me as a spouse / without me? (Considering lesser processing time than sponsorship)
4. Do I need to submit any additional documents considering it was an arrange marriage?

Likeliness of her getting the visitor visa is less. They know once she comes here as a visitor, you might file her PR (spousal) application in and if it gets denied, they want to make sure she leaves Canada on time and does not overstay on her visitor visa. Since her spouse is in Canada, they would think that she will not want to leave Canada at the end of her temporary visit. I think if you can provide enough evidence that if her PR application is denied, both of you will pack your bags and go back to your country of citizenship immediately, she might get a visitor visa. Evidence could be that both of you have enough money, properties and a promising career for each of you waiting in your country of citizenship.
I don't think so. But be careful with your intent. Look up "Dual Intent" on the IRCC/CIC website. When she applies for a visitor visa, she will have to say that she does not intend to live in Canada permanently but then if she get denied and puts her PR application in, she will show her intention to live in Canada permanently. What you are saying and when you are saying matters.
Both visitor visa as well as Spousal PR applications have their own document checklists. Just follow those checklists and provide all documents in order.
