I am a Canadian citizen getting married in India in Dec. My fiancé is an Indian citizen currently living in the UAE on residence visa. I am going to get my fiancé to apply for TRV beforehand so after we get married we can both come back to Canada together. I was wondering if I can get advice and help in walking through in applying for sponsorship for her PR while she is in Canada .
a) Should I apply Inland / Outland in Canada? Which is faster?
b) She wants to start looking for a job right away so can she apply for work permit while her PR is being processed
Thank you

Outland are generally faster, but she cannot apply for an Open Work permit if you apply outland. If you apply inland, she can apply for an OWP at the same time as the sponsorship PR application. The OWP will arrive in about 4 months, the inland PR will be processed in about 12 months.
